As I adjusted my low end mixture screw and idle settings, I was going for a slow idle while stopped. I got what I wanted, but I sometimes experience the same thing you do. It seems to happen most often when I need to accelerate hard then quickly decelerate, like when getting around slow trafic then being stopped by a trafic light change. If I set the idle higher, the problem goes away.
